Personal Data Processing Notice

This is an English translation of our Turkish-language Personal Data Processing Notice, prepared under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.

As Denebunu Bilgi Teknolojileri Reklam Hizmetleri Pazarlama Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Company"), we aim, through this Notice, to fulfil our disclosure obligation under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

The matters we are obliged to inform you of in this context are as follows:

2. Purposes for which personal data will be processed

Your identity data (name-surname, gender, date of birth, ID number), contact data (address, mobile phone number, landline number, email), payment information, customer transaction information, membership information, transaction security information, request and complaint information, visual and audio records, and, without limitation, other categories of personal data that you have communicated to us via the Company's website www.denebunu.com, mobile application, social media or call center channels are processed for purposes including: creating your membership on the website, receiving and fulfilling your order, contacting you regarding your order request, providing you with goods, products or services accordingly, carrying out goods/product/service purchasing processes, executing payments related to orders and issuing invoices, carrying out customer relationship management processes, conducting marketing analysis studies, carrying out activities related to customer satisfaction, classification and profiling for the purposes of conducting surveys, ensuring the Company's legitimate interests are served without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms where data processing is necessary for that purpose, studying user tendencies and compiling target audiences, targeting potential customer audiences for brands based on your survey responses, presenting products/services tailored to your preferences and interests by the Company and/or third parties through profiling and analysis, carrying out advertising/campaign/promotion processes, presenting you with products and opportunities tailored to you on the "Denebunu" website, mobile applications or third-party websites/applications (including social media platforms) based on the information you have shared, collecting your evaluations of products and services, managing promotional activities you participate in (such as raffles, referral programs or contests), carrying out information security processes, verifying the security and accuracy of the product reviews and survey responses you have provided, following up on your requests and complaints and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise, fulfilling our legal obligations arising from applicable consumer protection legislation, e-commerce legislation and commercial electronic communication legislation in particular, fulfilling our legal obligations where a competent authority requests information from or must be notified by the Company, retaining your personal data for the statutory limitation period, sending you promotional, advertising or campaign emails where you have given explicit consent, contacting you through surveys and similar satisfaction/request/complaint detection methods to ensure user satisfaction, and, provided you have given explicit consent, verifying your profile and demonstrating that survey responses were provided by real individuals.

In addition, your personal data in the categories of browser used, IP address, internet connection, and information about your use of the site — obtained through small text files (Cookies) transmitted to your hard drive by the web page server during your visit and use of our website — and similar categories of personal data are processed for the purposes of enabling the website to be visited and its features used, eliminating the need to carry information between pages on our website and re-enter it, and, where you have given your consent, improving performance by collecting information about how you use our site, remembering your choices on our site and thereby providing you with convenience, and tailoring our site and advertisements to your interests and preferences. In addition, we use the information you provide to us to manage your accounts with us, enabling you to carry out a number of useful transactions. You can view your monthly boxes or the "Exclusive" boxes you have purchased, benefit from special offers, and manage your personal settings. By managing your personal settings, you can also share your evaluations and product reviews about the products you have tried. If you wish, you can share a public profile/image (photo) linked to certain information in your user account, using your name or a nickname of your choosing. These activities include:

3. To whom and for what purposes the personal data processed by the Company may be transferred

Your personal data may be shared with the Company's business partners, third parties it collaborates with and companies from which it receives services, in order to fulfil the purposes set out in Article 2, and, if requested, with competent public authorities and institutions, and, where you give your consent, may be transferred to contracted server systems located abroad in connection with the storage of personal data in cloud systems. The results of any product evaluation survey or product reviews you complete for any product via the Company's website are reported to our business partners in anonymized form; through the evaluations you share, brands are able to improve their products / hear your feedback. Your reviews of products you have tried will be transferred, together with your name and surname identity information, as a review on the relevant product pages in the advertising/marketing field and on e-commerce sites. Although the Company reserves the right not to publish or transfer your reviews, this is subject to your approval and may be removed from publication if you do not want it published. After your processed personal data has been anonymized, it will, based on your explicit consent, be shared with companies we collaborate with for the purpose of promoting and marketing applications, goods/products and services in line with your preferences and tastes.

4. Method and legal basis of personal data collection

Your personal data obtained through electronic channels such as the website, mobile application, call center, email, and social media channels, by fully or partially automated means, or through physical means such as post, is processed on the legal bases of: it being explicitly provided for by law (such as our legal obligations as a service provider under e-commerce law), it being directly related to the establishment or performance of a distance sales contract and the processing of personal data belonging to our customers who are party to such contract being necessary, data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, data processing being mandatory for us to fulfil our legal obligations, data processing being mandatory for the Company's legitimate interests provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, the data having been made public by the data subject themselves, and your explicit consent.

When you link your user account to your social media account, your personal information may be shared with the Company by the social media provider. Information provided by a social media provider (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) can only be shared with your consent.

5. Your rights under the Law regarding your personal data

You may at any time submit your requests under Article 11 of the KVKK regarding the personal data we process, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, either in writing or using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address you have previously notified to us and which is registered in our system, to the following addresses:
